Beechwater
is an exclusive rural residential community being developed on
the northwestern shores of beautiful Lake Brunner.
Separated
from Moana village by the majestic Arnold River and swing bridge,
Beechwater comprises 43 hectares of mature and regenerating native
bush overlooking and fronting onto the sandy shores of Lake Brunner.
Although
easy walking and boat access are available from Moana, vehicle
access to Beechwater is along the new 3 km scenic drive constructed
exclusively for the Beechwater development. The entrance to this
new road, named Thomas Brunner Drive, is off Arnold Valley Road
just to the west of the Arnold River road bridge (3 minutes drive
west from Moana).
Beechwater currently comprises 39 premium building sites, each
on a freehold parcel of land ranging in size from 2000m²
to 1 hectare. Each section has been carefully sculptured to balance
the natural environment with a building envelope that ensures
all house sites will have a perfect balance of sunlight, natural
forest habitat and, of course, spectacular lake views.
Design
guidelines have been developed for Beechwater to ensure that all
building development will be complementary to the unique natural
qualities of Beechwater and its stunning environs. The design
guidelines will be enforced through protective covenants to be
registered on all building sites for the benefit of all in the
Beechwater community.
Surrounded
by thousands of hectares of native forest covenanted for conservation
purposes, DOC Scenic Reserves and the lake itself, Beechwater
provides an outstanding opportunity to enjoy the lifestyle and
investments benefits of freehold land ownership in this unique
natural environment.
